Holdings

He held the manor of Hill by the grant of Edmund Forde , Robert Banak, clerk , and John Prentys, parson of Iron Acton , by their charter dated 1 April 1412 and made with licence of ‪ Henry IV [15 Feb. 1411: CPR 1408-13, p. 271] to him and his wife Agnes with remainder to Robert Poyntz and his wife Katharine, daughter of Thomas, for their lives, with successive remainders to Nicholas, son of Robert and Katharine, Thomas, brother of Nicholas, Maurice, brother of Thomas, and Blanche, Isabel and Joan, daughters of Robert and Katharine and the heirs male of each in turn.

It is held of the king in chief as 1 knight's fee.
He held the manor of Nympsfield with the advowson of the chantry of Kinley in his demesne as of fee. By a fine of quin. Trin. 1379 [CP 25/1/78/78, no. 25] between Edmund Blount , quer., and Thomas and his wife Margery, def., the manors of Filton and Stoke Harry with the advowson of Filton were granted to Edmund, rendering a yearly rent of 18 marks to Thomas and Margery. They held the rent and had issue Katharine wife of Robert Poyntz and Eleanor wife of John Brounyng . Eleanor and John had issue John Brounyng . Margery, John Brounyng the father and Eleanor died.
Thomas died holding the manor of Nympsfield of the king in chief as 1/4 knight's fee,
and the manors of Filton and Stoke Harry of others than the king.

He died without heirs male. Katharine of full age and John Brounyng the son, a minor, aged 20 years, are next heirs.
