Holdings

John Pegays and William atte Felde held the manor of Apse of Edith by knight service, a rent of 13s. 4d. and the service of distributing in alms on All Souls day for the souls of the king and his predecessors a tun of beer, bread and a half quarter of rye. She held of the king in chief as mesne tenant. Anne daughter of William Croyser and herself is her heir, aged 13 years and more. Long before Edith's death Anne was married to Ingram Bruyn son of Maurice Bruyn, knight. She also held in her demesne as of fee:

Stoke D'Abernon, the manor and advowson, of the honor of Gloucester as 1 knight's fee, annual value 10 marks;
Fetcham, the manor and advowson, as 1 knight's fee, 3/4 of the same honor, and 1/4 of Earl Warenne, annual value 8 marks;
Albury, the manor and advowson, of the same honor as 1 fee, annual value 10 marks;
Great Bookham, 60 a. arable at 2d., and 5 a. meadow at 12d., of the abbot of Chertsey of his manor of Great Bookham, service unknown.

She died on 26 April last.
Thomas, parson of Stifford in Essex, has held and taken the profits since her death.
