and similarly a messuage and a carucate called `Duldres' in Netheravon as 1/10 knight's fee, annual value 40s.
Also in Netheravon he held a messuage and a carucate called `Cormailys' of the king of the duchy of Lancaster, service unknown [value not specified],
and also of the king of the same duchy in his demesne as of fee 3 messuages and 2 1/2 virgates in Everleigh, service unknown, annual value 12d.
In Stratford sub Castle he held 2 meadows, of other than the king, but of whom and by what service is unknown, annual value 13s. 4d.

He died on 12 May last. Agnes daughter of Alice his daughter is his next heir, aged 6 years and more.
