He held a messuage and a carucate called `Deneplace' in Nuneham Courtenay jointly with his wife Pleasance[Plesewa], who survives. It is held of Elizabeth widow of Baldwin Bereford, knight, of the manor of Nuneham, service unknown, annual value 53s. 4d.

He died on 16 Aug. last. Richard his son and next heir is aged 24 years and more.
