He held an annuity of 100s. from the farm of the city of Canterbury by the courtesy of England after the death of Margaret his wife, one of the daughters of Constance Watership, 3rd sister of William Cundy , that is a 6th part of £30 fee farm (£10 at Easter and £20 at Michaelmas) which Edward III granted by letters patent, shown to the jurors, in recompense for the bailiwick of Sandwich to William son of John Cundy , uncle of Margaret whose heir she was.

Henry London and Margaret had issue Henry and John, his next heirs by gavelkind, aged 12 years and more and 10 years and more.

He died on 22 Jan. last. Robert son of Robert Fygge, 1st husband of Margaret is her next heir, aged 18 years and more.
