The manor is held of the king in chief as a 3rd part of a knight’s fee, annual value 20 marks, the messuage and land of the king in socage by a rent of 10s., annual value 20s., the burgages of Henry earl of Northumberland in socage, annual value 12d.

He died on 12 Sept. last. Henry Crawcestre is his brother and heir, aged 40 years and more.

William Claxton, knight , is the heir of Emma, being the son of William de Claxton, knight , son of Lionel de Claxton , son of Denise, sister of William de Tyndale , father of Thomas de Tyndale , father of Walter, father of Emma, aged 34 years and more.
