Hugh holds Billingford and Thurning of the earldom of Richmond, services unknown, annual values 100s. and 10 marks, and East Ruston of the earl of Stafford , service unknown, annual value 12 marks.

He died on 23 Sept. 1415. Joyce wife of Thomas Erdynton, junior , Katharine and Margery are his daughters and heirs, aged 20, 9, and 6 years and more.
