He held in his demesne as of fee:

Belford and Easington, half the manors. There are there two capital messuages, worth nothing.
Belford and Easington, 1/2 vills, worth 100s. and no more because of destruction by the Scots.
The half manors and vills are held of the king in chief as a quarter of a knight’s fee.

Beanley, the manor, of John the king’s son of the barony of Gospatrik by a rent of 12 marks, annual value nil owing to destruction by the Scots.

Shawdon, the manor, with half the vill of Glanton, of the baron(y) (baron’) of Wark by knight service, rendering 100s. to a chaplain celebrating there, 20s. to the lord of Wark for the ward of the castle , and 12s. to the king by the sheriff; annual value nil.

West Lilburn, the manor, of the barony of Wark by knight service, annual value nil because of destruction as above.

Hebron, 1 carucate called ‘Manisland’, of William son of Robert de Lilbourne of the lordship of Hebron in socage by a rent of 2s., annual value nil.

Thomas his brother and heir is aged 20 years and 40 weeks and more.
