She held in her demesne in fee tail 2 messuages, 3 carucates, 25 a. meadow, 8 a. pasture, 30 a. wood and £4 10s. rent in Hampstead Norris, Wyld, Ashampstead, Buckhold and Basildon. Of whom they are held and by what services is unknown; annual value 10 marks.
By a fine of 1356 [CP 25(1)/1 1/66, no.3] William Cokeswell and William Ceresy granted these premises to Isabel de Brompton to hold for her life with successive remainders to Thomas de Coleshull and Lucy his wife for their lives, Richard their son and the heirs of his body, Thomas his brother and the heirs of his body, Isabel his sister and the heirs of her body and the right heirs of Richard.

All died before Isabel Coleshull , who became Isabel Crane , and she died holding them on 1 Oct. last . Richard son of Robert Inkepenne , her son, is next heir, now aged about 21 but still in the king’s ward as a minor.

and 1 messuage, 1 carucate, 5 a. meadow, 4 a. pasture, 12 a. wood and 45s. rent in Ashampstead, Buckhold and Basildon of the heirs of Amaury Lord St. Amand of his manor of Basildon by a rent of 1 ploughshare, price 7d. at Michaelmas.

Richard son of Robert Inkepenne son of Isabel Crane is aged 22 years and more.
