Queen Joan has held since his death by letters patent of 2 parts of the manor of Epworth of which Wroot has been parcel from time immemorial.
The duke of Norfolk died on 22 Sept. 1399 ; from him the right to the reversion descended to Thomas Moubray and so to John who was aged 21 on 10 Aug. last.

Holdings
By a fine of 1387 [CP 25(1)/289/55, no.160] Richard Nasshe and Hugh Haresfeld granted to John Bremwich, knight , and Katherine his wife the manors of Credenhill and Eaton Tregose with the advowson of the chapel of Eaton Tregose in Herefordshire and the manor and advowson of Broomsberrow in Gloucestershire to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies. John Bremwich died and Katherine survived him holding the manors. She then married Hugh de Waterton and still holds.
