By the grant of Thomas Moubray, duke of Norfolk , he held two parts of the manor of Ryarsh for life, with reversion to the duke, by a rent of 20s. payable to Rochester castle on 30 Nov. The two parts comprise 16 a. arable at 4d., 5 1/2 a. meadow at 20d., 61 a. pasture at 2d., 34 a. wood of which none can be cut in season in the next 5 years then 3 a. yearly at 3s.4d. the a., £6 6s.8d. in assize rents, payable 36s.8d. at Michaelmas and 30s. at each of Christmas, Easter and Midsummer, and two parts of the perquisites of court 2s.

He died on 2 Nov. last. His heir is unknown.

John Moubray, Earl Marshal , aged 20 years on 10 Aug. last , is the heir of the duke of Norfolk .
