Corbridge, 1 burgage, annual value nil because waste.

Cowpen and Bebside, 1 waste capital messuage and various lands and tenements, annual value 40s.; lands and tenements formerly of William Schuferawe , of the barony of Bulbeck(?) in socage; lands and tenements formerly of John Basset , of the heir of William de Wassyngton, knight , by knight service … and lands and tenements in Eachwick, of the barony of Bulbeck in socage …

He died on 16 July last . William his son and heir is aged 40 years and more.
