She held in dower of the inheritance of Roger, her late husband:

Bridgwater, the castle, with
a third part of the adjoining manor of Haygrove ,
annual value together £23 10s.2d., and
a third part of the borough of Bridgwater, annual value £9.

Odcombe, two parts of the manor, annual value £10.

Milverton, two parts of the manor and hundred, annual value £13.

North Newton, a third part of the manor, with the keeping of the forests of Neroche, Mendip, North Petherton and Exmoor, annual value £43.

The third part of the borough of Bridgwater is held of the earl of Salisbury in socage. All the rest are held of the king in chief, by the service of rendering 12s.6d. yearly at the exchequer by the sheriff from the revenues of North Newton, as appears in the great roll of the exchequer under the name of Richard Pecche .

She died on 23 Oct. last . Edmund, son of Roger and Eleanor, is her heir, age unknown.

Wolferlow, the manor, annual value 20s. beyond annuities, granted for life by Edmund late earl of March , of 100s. to Alice Benet and 20s. to Rose Child.

Bredwardine, 1 toft, 1/2 virgate … a. meadow and 10 a. wood, annual value 20s.

Cowarne, 11s. assize rent and 1 toft, annual value 20s.

All are held of the earl of March of the honour, castle and lordship of Wigmore, which are in the king’s hands owing to his minority, service unknown.

Eardisland, the manor, annual value £23, of the same earl of his castle of Radnor , and in the king’s hands for the same reason.

Noakes, 13s.4d. rent and 1 toft, annual value 100s., of the abbot of Reading of his lordship of Reading , service unknown.

Builth in Wales, the castle and manor, annual value nil owing to destruction by the rebels, of whom held and by what service is unknown.

She died on 30 Oct. 1405 . Edmund earl of March is her son and heir.
