[Dorse:] Enrolled Hilary term, 24 Henry VI, rot. 1. William ?Suth[unclear: cote] and William Wangford delivered this writ to the barons of the exchequer on 21 January 1446.

Holdings
He was seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
St Nicholas Acon, a messuage in the parish, between the tenement of Simon Eyre to the south, and the said church of St Nicholas to the north;
Bush Lane, a messuage called ‘le Bussh Tavern’; and
Cannon Street, in the parish of St Swithin London Stone, a messuage, annual value £10,
all held of the king in socage, service unknown.

[Date of death not specified.] After his death the messuages descended to one Nicholas as son and heir [age not specified]. Nicholas is an idiot, and so his custody pertains to the king.

[Dorse:] This inquisition was delivered here to the Exchequer on 17 January 1446 by John Mullyng, clerk and deputy of the escheator .
