Salford, the manor, true annual value £10, with the advowson of the church of the vill, of no annual value;
North Leigh, a messuage and a carucate of land, true annual value 40s.; and
Wilcote, a messuage and ½ virgate of land, true annual value 6s. 8d.

The next heirs of William Willecotez and Elizabeth are [1.] William Wykeham , son and heir of Elizabeth, daughter and one of the heirs of William and Elizabeth; [2.] Elizabeth, wife of Thomas Palmer , one of the daughters and heirs of Philippa, daughter and one of the heirs of William and Elizabeth; [3.] Philippa, wife of William Catesby , another daughter and heir of the above Philippa; [4.] Richard Beaufo , son and heir of Margaret, daughter and one of the heirs of William and Elizabeth; [5.] Isabel Barton , daughter and one of the heirs of William and Elizabeth; and [6.] Thomas Conyers , son and heir of Anne, daughter and one of the heirs of William and Elizabeth. He is aged 17 and more. The others were aged 24 and more on 29 September last.
