The above were described as all his lands, tenements, rents, possessions, advowsons of churches, knights’ fees, and reversions in the kingdom of England. Thomas, Thomas, William, John, and William and their heirs and assigns were to carry out the will of Ralph. They were seised in demesne as of fee by virtue of the grant. The castle, manors, lands, and tenements are not held of the king, but of others [services and values not specified].

He died on 5 April last. William Bulmer is his son and next heir, aged 20 and more.
