He died on 4 October last. William Lucy, knight , is his son and next heir, aged 30 and more.

Cublington, the manor, annual value £10, with the advowson of the church there, of no annual value except in prayers and offerings, held of Humphrey, duke of Buckingham , of the honour of Gloucester, as 1/10 knight’s fee.
Chelmscote, the manor, annual value 5 marks, held of the same duke and honour as 1/20 knight’s fee.
Isabel, who was the wife of John Barton , held the following for the term of her life, without impeachment of waste. She is still alive. The reversion after her death pertained to Walter, named in the writ, John Hampden of Great Hampden, esquire , John Loughton , William Eton, clerk , and John Elys, clerk , and the heirs and assigns of Walter. By indented charter Isabel surrendered all her estate to Walter, the others named above, and the heirs and assigns of Walter, they paying her £10 yearly for the term of her life. The charter, dated at Stewkley, 15 June 1435, was shown to the jurors. As a result Walter was seised in demesne as of fee, and the others in demesne as of free tenement. He died seised of such estate jointly with the others, who survive and are seised of the manor by right of survivorship.
Stewkley, the manor, of no annual value beyond the rent of £10, not held of the king in chief, but of whom held unknown.
