He was seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Snailwell, the manor, held of the king in chief by knight service. In the manor there are 200 a. arable, truly worth £10 yearly; 10 a. meadow, worth 40s. yearly; 100 a. pasture, worth 53s. 4d. yearly; 20s. assize rent from various tenements at Easter and Michaelmas; and a court leet (cum visu lete) once a year, worth 4s. beyond the costs of the steward.

He died on 20 August 1444. William Paston is his son and next heir, aged 16 and no more.

John Paston , brother of the deceased, and John Dam occupied the manor from the time of his death and received the issues until the day of the inquisition, for which they are to answer to the king.
