Newport, a messuage, a toft, a garden, an orchard, and 3 a. land, annual value 6d.; and Kipscombe, a toft, ½ carucate of land, and 100 a. gorse and heath, annual value 2s., in allowance of John’s lands in Mille and Kingstree . Blindwell, ½ carucate of land, annual value 2s.; and Woodland, a close to the south of the wood containing 12 a. land, annual value 15d., in allowance of John’s lands in Woodland. Goodleigh, 6a. land, annual value 13d., in allowance of John’s lands there. Exeter, a shop, and a chamber above, of no annual value, as 1/3 of John’s 2 messuages there. Great Torrington, a hall with a shop, with chambers built above, annual value 1d., as 1/3 of John’s messuage there.
