Robert held the preceding of the king, of the duchy of Lancaster, by knight service. Elizabeth, late the wife of Robert – formerly the wife of John Trebell , and one of the daughters and heirs of Robert Scobhull – was seised of the following in fee and right. Elizabeth and Robert had issue: Robert and others. After Elizabeth’s death, Robert held the following by curtesy, from the inheritance of Robert, her son and heir.

He died on 3 January last. Robert is his son and next heir, aged 11 on 20 July last.
