Holdings
[As CIPM, XXIV, 728, an inquisition taken in 1436 which found as follows:] Richard and Isabel his wife were lately seised of the following, Richard in demesne as of fee tail and Isabel in demesne as of free tenement. Richard had issue and died, and after his death Isabel was seised in demesne as of free tenement.
Isabel died on 6 June last. John Claveryng , son of Richard Claveryng , is the kin and next heir of Richard Wegge , as the son of Margaret, the daughter of Richard Wegge . He was aged 8 and more on 14 November 1435.

He held the following in demesne as of fee tail.He died on 10 October 1415. n011 His next heir was Margaret, his daughter, then the wife of Richard Claveryng of Clare, who survives. She was then aged 21 and more. She and Richard had issue: John. Margaret died and John her son is her next heir, aged 14 and more.
E 149: 10 October 1424, i.e. 3 Henry VI rather than 3 Henry V.Isabel, who was the wife of Richard Wegge , occupied the above and received the issues from Richard’s death until 6 June 1436. From then until 2 February 1440 Richard Claveryng of London received the issues. From then until 29 September 1442 John Harlston occupied the above and received the issues. From then until the day of this inquisition, Matthew Drury received the issues. The jurors do not know how or by what title they did so.
