Holdings
She held no lands, tenements, rents, or services of the king in demesne or in service. But she held the following in demesne as of fee.
Puckeridge, a messuage in the parish of Braughing, situated between the tenement of John Quye to the north, and the tenement of Thomas Baude and the curtilage once of John Wenge to the south, annual value 10s. One moiety of the messuage is held of Thomas Baude , of his manor of Mentley, by service of 28d. yearly. The other moiety is parcel of Penyferthyngesacr’ and pays 5s. yearly to the chapel of Puckeridge.
Standon, 5½ a. land in the field called ‘Heyghfeld’, each acre worth 2d. yearly, held of Richard, duke of York , of his manor of Plashes, by service of 16d. yearly.
Standon, a messuage, worth 4d. yearly, and 30 a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly, in the field called ‘Dellefeld’; ½ a. land in ‘Efeld’, worth 1d. yearly; and two half-acres of meadow, one in ‘Longmed’ and one in ‘Brademed’, worth 2s. yearly, held of the same duke, of his manor of Standon, as 1/19 knight’s fee.
At the time of Margaret’s death this manor was in the king’s hands because of the death of Edmund, late earl of March , and the minority of the current duke [of York], his kinsman and heir. From the time of her death until 27 March 1429 the issues of the messuage, land, and meadow were taken by John Roys of London, ‘gentilman’, how or by what title the jurors do not know. From 27 March 1429 until the taking of this inquisition the issues were taken by Thomas Tudenham, knight , and Thomas Hoo, esquire , by virtue of royal letters patent dated 15 November 1432 [CFR 1430–7, p. 121], on the mainprize of Edmund Wychynham and John Elmham .

She died on 31 December 1426. Richard Waldern is her son and next heir, aged 30 and more.
