She was seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
More, ¼ manor, annual value 10s., held of the king in chief as 1/30 knight’s fee.
Colebatch, a fourth part of a toft and of a nook of land, annual value 14d., held of the bishop of Hereford by 2d. yearly.

She died on 1 December 1439. Henry Potter is her son and next heir, aged 38 and more.

John Chetewyn, escheator in 18 Henry VI [1439–40], took all the issues of the above for that year, how or by what title the jurors do not know. The issues from 19 Henry VI [1440–1] remain in the hands of Thomas Jones , tenant there, because no one came to take them. William Lyngen, escheator in 20 Henry VI [1441–2], received all the issues for that year, how or by what title the jurors do not know.
