He held no lands or tenements of the king in chief, or any other, in demesne or service, but was lately seised in demesne as of fee of 1/2 manor of East Bridgford and 10 marks rent in Tuxford. By chartern499 dated on 25 October 1441, shown to the jurors, he granted them, among other things, to Marmaduke Lumley, bishop of Carlisle , William Babyngton, esquire , Philip Meres , David Olton, vicar of Kirton , Robert Echard, parson of East or West Bridgford (Brigeford), and Robert Goushill, parson of Cromwell , and their heirs and assigns. They were thus seised in demesne as of fee and, by charter dated on 26 December 1441, shown to the jurors, they demised the 1/2 manor and rent, among other things, to William, bishop of Lincoln , Nicholas Dixon, clerk , John Throkmerton , Richard Alred , William Heton , William Stanlowe , and Robert Wymbyssh, clerk , and their heirs and assigns. William, bishop of Lincoln, Nicholas etc.[as above] were thus seised in demesne as of fee, and are still so seised.

East Bridgford, 1/2 manor.
Tuxford, 10 marks rent.
They are not held of the king in chief, but of whom they are held is unknown. Annual value 20 marks.

He died on 10 November 1441. Alice, wife of William, Lord Lovell, knight, and Margaret, wife of Ralph, Lord Cromwell, knight, are his kin and next heirs. Alice is aged 32 and more, and Margaret is 30 and more.
