He held the following for life by demise of Adam Blencowe, with reversion to Adam Blencowe and his heirs male.
Skelton, a messuage called Laithes, worth 6s. 8d. yearly, and 20 a. land adjacent, each acre worth 8d. yearly, held at will by John Hogeson.
Skelton, 12 a. meadow, called ‘le Brademedowe’, by Blencow, each acre worth 12d. yearly.
The messuage, land, and meadow are held of the king in chief as 1/20 knight’s fee. Richard Blencowe , kin and heir male of Adam regarding the messuage etc., is next heir of Adam, and aged 26 and more. He held the following in demesne as of fee.
Skelton, 4 messuages, each worth 7s. yearly, 40 a. land, each acre worth 8d. yearly, and 6 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly, held by various tenants-at-will. The messuages, land, and meadow are held of the king in chief as a knight’s fee.
None of the above, nor any parcel thereof, is specified in the inquisition taken after his death.

He died on 3 March 1426. John Southayk is his kin and next heir regarding the 4 messuages, 40 a. land, and 6 a. meadow, and aged 29 and more.

John occupied the messuages, 40 a. land etc., and took the issues after Patrick’s death; and Katherine, who was wife of William Southayk , occupied the 12 a. meadow and took the issues.
