Jurors

Philip Pym ; John Maunsell ; Walter Tryvet ; John Welweton ; William Speke ; Walter Mychell ; John Elmer ; William Magotte ; William Note ; John Gelhampton ; John Davy ; and William Smytht .

Holdings
She held the following in demesne as of fee tail, to her and the heirs of her body and the body of John Bluet , formerly her husband, by grant of Thomas Harewell , Robert Orchard , and William Pynche . The grant was made by a fine levied at Westminster on the octave of Trinity 1403 [CP 25/1/201/33, no. 26], as more fully contained in the fine, one part of which was shown to the jurors.
North Petherton, the manor and hundred, true annual value 20 marks, held of the king in chief by service of 100s. yearly at Michaelmas by the hand of the sheriff for all services.
She held the following in demesne as of fee tail, to her and the heirs of her body and the body of John Bluet , by grant of Thomas Lyonus of Bower Ashton and John Harewell of Warwickshire, as apparent in the charter shown to the jurors.
Farringdon, the manor, annual value 100s., held of Robert, Lord Poynings, knight, as of his manor of Wick Fitzpayn, by knight service.
She died seised of the following in demesne as of free tenement by grant of Richard Hareslade, chaplain , and Robert Wyth , with reversion to John son of John Bluet and Agnes, and the heirs of his body, and remainder to the right heirs of Agnes, as apparent in the charter shown to the jurors.
Iwood, the manor, annual value 10 marks, held of John, bishop of Bath and Wells, in right of his church of St Andrew, Wells, service unknown.

She died on 17 March last. John Bluet is her son and next heir, and also son and next heir of the bodies of Agnes and John Bluet, her former husband. John, son, is aged 40 and more.

She held no lands, tenements, rents, or services of the king in chief in demesne or service. She did, however, hold the following, among other things, in demesne as of fee tail, to her and the heirs of her body and the body of John Bevyle , lately her husband, by grant of John Raynold, clerk , and Nicholas Langeford . The grant was made by a fine levied at Westminster on the octave of the Purification 1425 [CP 25/1/291/65, no. 39] before William Babyngton and his associates, king’s justices, as more fully contained in the fine, one part of which was shown to the jurors. She died seised of this estate.
Barkingdon and Sparkwell, 6 messuages, 140 a. land, 2 a. meadow, 30 a. pasture, 4 a. wood, and 17s. 6d. rent, held of Thomas, earl of Devon, as of the honour of his castle of Okehampton as 1/2 knight’s fee. Annual value 50s.
Hook and Southdown, 2 messuages, 140 a. land, 3 a. meadow, and 60 a. pasture, held of Alice, lately wife of John Denneclyve by fealty only for all services. Annual value 33s. 4d.
Aylescott, one messuage, 20 a. land, 10 a. pasture, and 7s. 6d. rent, held of Gilbert Hassh by fealty only for all services. Annual value 10s.

She died on 17 March 1442. John Bevyle and Agnes had issue: Humphrey Bevyle, esquire , still living. Humphrey is son and next heir of their bodies, and son and next heir of John Bevyle. He is aged 24 and more. John Bluet, esquire , is son and next heir of Agnes, and aged 40 and more.
