She held the following in demesne as of fee tail, to her and the heirs of her body and the body of John Bluet , formerly her husband, by grant of Thomas Harewell , Robert Orchard , and William Pynche . The grant was made by a fine levied at Westminster on the octave of Trinity 1403 [CP 25/1/201/33, no. 26], as more fully contained in the fine, one part of which was shown to the jurors.She died on 17 March last. John Bluet is her son and next heir, and also son and next heir of the bodies of Agnes and John Bluet, her former husband. John, son, is aged 40 and more.

The grant was made by a fine levied at Westminster on the octave of the Purification 1425 [CP 25/1/291/65, no. 39] before William Babyngton and his associates, king’s justices, as more fully contained in the fine, one part of which was shown to the jurors. She died seised of this estate.She died on 17 March 1442. John Bevyle and Agnes had issue: Humphrey Bevyle, esquire , still living. Humphrey is son and next heir of their bodies, and son and next heir of John Bevyle. He is aged 24 and more. John Bluet, esquire , is son and next heir of Agnes, and aged 40 and more.
