Withersfield, the manor, annual value £24, held of Humphrey, earl of Stafford, by knight service.
He enfeoffed William Cheyne, knight , John Aston , and Geoffrey Motte , all still living, and John Frank, clerk , William Halle , John Halle , and John Mulso , all now deceased, with the manor, to have to them and their heirs and assigns to the use of Thomas Seyntclereand his heirs, thus defrauding the king of custody of the manor and marriage of the heirs.
He died on 6 May 1435. His daughters, Elizabeth, now aged 15 and more, Eleanor, now aged 14 and more, and Edith, now aged 13 and more, are his next heirs. Custody of the manor and heirs belongs to the king because Thomas Seyntclere held of the king in chief by knight service in other counties.

John Aston and Robert Danvers took the issues from Thomas’ death until 29 September 1438.
