There is a capital messuage and 3 other small messuages, worth nothing yearly above repair; an old dovecot, worth 3s. yearly; a ruinous mill for grain, worth 4s. yearly; 7 ferlings of land, each worth 5s. yearly; 4 ferlings of land in a vill called Retallack, parcel of the manor, each ferling worth 4s. yearly; 26s. 8d. rent taken by the hand of various free tenants, payable at the four terms of the year, viz., Michaelmas, Christmas, Easter, and Midsummer, equally; 100 a. wood, worth nothing without felling, waste, and destruction because the pasture there is worth nothing yearly; and 300 a. moor, furze, and heath, worth nothing yearly because lying waste and unoccupied and they have lain thus for a long time.
Hallegan, 2 parts of the manor, held of John Basset in free socage. In the two parts, there are 2 messuages and 3 tofts, worth nothing yearly; a carucate of land, worth 26s. 8d. yearly; 13s. 4d. rent, payable by the hand of various free tenants at the said four terms of the year.
Treen, 3 messuages, 100 a. land, and 40 a. heath and moor, worth 26s. 8d. yearly, held of Anora, daughter and heir of John Trevaygnon in free socage.
Sticker, one messuage, 30 a. land, 6 a. wood, and 40 a. heath and moor, worth 10s. yearly, held of John Pedyt in free socage.
She held the following for life by demise of Otes from the inheritance of Ralph. n400
Trethevas, the manor, held of Edward Pomeray as of his manor of Tregony in free socage. There are 6 messuages and 6 tofts, worth nothing yearly; a carucate of demesne land, worth 40s. yearly; 8 ferlings of land occupied by various tenants-at-will, worth 46s. 8d. yearly; 21s. rent taken yearly by the hand of various free tenants, payable at the said four terms; 20 a. small wood, worth nothing yearly except when the wood is fit for felling, and each acre, when felled, is worth 40d. yearly; and 100 a. waste furze, heath, and moor, worth nothing yearly.

She died on 7 August last. Ralph is kin and next heir of Otes Trevarthian viz., son of Idony sister of Otes, because Otes died without heir of his body. Ralph is aged 28 and more.
