Holdings
She held the following in dower by the death of John Walweyn , her late husband, by assignment of the king from the inheritance of Ellen, Agnes, and Elizabeth, daughters and heirs of John Walweyn.
Wellington, a third of 1/2 manor, annual value 36s. 1 1/4d., held of the king in chief by knight service.
Furthermore, by charter dated on 20 April 1430, shown to the jurors, John Walweyn granted 40s. rent to Walter Baker, to hold for life. The rent was to be taken from lands and tenements of John Walweyn, called ‘Outlondys’, as more fully contained in the charter. John Walweyn died seised in demesne as of fee of
‘Outlondys’. They are worth nothing yearly, and held of William Rotmawre , service unknown.

She died on 1 April last. Ellen, daughter of John Walweyn and Ellen his wife, is aged 14 and more. Agnes is aged 13 and more, and Elizabeth is aged 8 and more.
