He held the following in demesne as of fee.
Croft, an acre of land in a field called ‘Westfeld’, worth 4d. yearly, held of the king in chief as 1/100 knight’s fee. The acre lies between William Burdon ’s land and John Pekun ’s land along its width, and extends in length from William Phelip’s land to ‘le Millewey’.

He died on 22 October 1436. Joan Croft is his kin and next heir, viz., daughter of John son of William Croft, and is aged 5 days and more.

Richard Wyggemore, senior , occupied the land from the time of William’s death, and still occupies it, and took and yet takes the issues.
