She held the following in dower by endowment of Richard Lely , her former husband.
Drax, a third of 1/3 manor and lordship, annual value 5 marks, held of the king by knight service.
She died on 9 April 1427 and the third of 1/3 manor and lordship descended to Joan, kin and heir of Richard Lely as daughter and heir of John Lely , son and heir of Richard. At the time of this inquisition, Joan, daughter of John, was 17 and more and in the king’s wardship.
William Babthorp took the issues of the above from the time of Isabel’s death by virtue of royal letters patent [CFR 1422–30, p. 209].
