The duodeci … visible in the heading of the inquisition probably refers to the fact that there were 12 jurors, often recorded in the headings of proofs of age. Despite the fact that John Stork was escheator 23 November 1437–6 November 1438 only, he endorsed the writ and took the proof of age.
