She held the following for life by grant of John Corby, clerk , William Cheyne , and Richard Fauconer to Joan and John Michelgrove, lately her husband, deceased, and to the heirs of John, with reversion to John Michelgrove , son and heir of Joan and John. Licence of ‪ Henry IV was obtained [CPR 1405–1408, p. 263].
Falconhurst, the manor and advowson of the church there, held of the king in chief by knight service. The manor extends to Sussex and Kent. In the parcel of the manor in Kent, there is the manorial site, worth nothing yearly; 40 a. pasture, worth 40s. yearly; 80 a. marsh, worth 26s. yearly; 25 a. wood, the underwood worth nothing yearly; and view of frankpledge, worth nothing yearly above the cost and expenses of the steward.
Annual value of the advowson of the church in Kent, 8 marks.

She died on 30 July last. John Michelgrove is her son and next heir, and aged 25 years and more.

held of Andrew Dawtre by 1lb pepper rent, payable to Andrew and his heirs at Michaelmas. She held the following as 173.
Wootton (Wolton iuxta Fokyngton), a messuage, worth 3s. yearly; 2 virgates of land, worth 16s. yearly; and 100 a. pasture, worth 38s. yearly, called Wootton, parcel of the manor of Falconhurst in Kent, held of the king in chief as parcel of that manor by knight service.
