n116^: The date is recorded in ms as ‘28 January 17 Henry VI’ (1439), but William Calcroft, the escheator who endorsed the writ, did not hold office at this time. The enrolment, however, records the date of the writ as 28 January 1438 (CFR 1437–45, p. 23). Calcroft was escheator at this time, and the date also tallies with that of the inquisition.
n117^: In CIPM XXIV, no. 607, her date of death is recorded as 6 April 1436.
