He died seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Peverel, bailiwick of the honour in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, held as a whole of the king in socage by service of rendering yearly to the king at his Exchequer 14 marks fee farm at Easter and Michaelmas equally for all services. The annual value of the bailiwick, above the 14 marks, is 6s. 8d.

He died on 27 December 1438. William Eland is his son and next heir, and aged 20 weeks, 4 days, and more. Margaret, lately William’s wife, is mother and next of kin of William, son. The bailiwick cannot descend to her by hereditary descent.
