There is Silsden vill with Swarthoe and Brunthwaite, hamlets of the same, containing 67 bovates of land and meadow in the hands of various tenants, worth £12 yearly; 140 a. ancient demesne at farm in the hands of the said tenants, worth 26s. 8d. yearly; 8 cottages and 30 ‘gristoftes’ at farm in the hands of the said tenants, worth 13s. 4d. yearly; and a chase called ‘Holden’, containing two tenements situated for vaccaries, worth 40s. yearly, held of the king in chief as 1/3 knight’s fee.

She died on 16 October last. Thomas, Lord Clifford , son and heir of John, lately Lord Clifford , is her son and heir, and is aged 22 years 12 weeks and more.
