He held the following in demesne as of fee.
Earlham, the manor, in Earlham, held of the king in chief by grand serjeanty and by service of rendering to the king 40s. yearly for castle-ward at Norwich. There are 5 a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 50s. rent from free tenants in Earlham, payable at Easter and Michaelmas equally; and a court baron, held every 3 weeks, worth nothing yearly beyond the steward’s stipend and expenses. In the said 5 a. land there was formerly a built-up site, which was the manorial site, worth nothing yearly. The said 5 a. land, 50s. rent and court only make up the manor.

He died on 24 October last. Robert Aleyn , his son and next heir, is aged 40 years and more.
