Racton, a messuage, worth nothing yearly, 100 a. land, worth 50s. yearly, viz., each acre worth 6d. yearly, held of John Watergate by service of 4s. yearly, payable at Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and Michaelmas equally.

He died on 23 September last. John Gunter , his son and next heir, is aged 29 years and more.

The hundred and the profits of the same are worth 5s. yearly,
and the advowson is worth nothing yearly.
