Kingsholm by Gloucester, 1/16 manor, held of the king in chief as 1/16 knight’s fee. There is a messuage, worth nothing yearly; a croft called ‘Newecombe’, worth 8d. yearly; 6 a. arable, worth 2s. yearly; an acre of meadow, worth 12d. yearly; an acre of pasture called ‘Kyngeshomegrene’, worth 12d. yearly; 1/2 a. pasture called ‘le Park’, next to Kingsholm, worth 12d. yearly; and 1/4 virgate of land and 1/4 a. meadow in Twigworth, worth 4s. 4d. yearly.

He died on 26 July 1436. Agnes Basset , wife of Thomas Basset , is his sister and one of his heirs, aged 25 years and more, and Joan Banknot , wife of Robert Banknot , is his other sister and other heir, aged 24 years and more.

Addressed to the escheator of Gloucestershire . Regarding 596. To make partition in two parts and cause Thomas and Agnes, and Robert and Joan, to have full seisin of the purparties of Agnes and Joan respectively [CFR 1430–37, pp. 320–1].
