He held the following in demesne as of fee, together with Thomas Bromwiche , Thomas de la Hay , Thomas Burghope and Walter Mibbe , still living, by grant of master John Prophet, lately dean of Hereford cathedral , Thomas Yonge , John Boerley and Hugh Harper, chaplain , by a charter dated on 24 May 1407 to them and Isabel, lately wife of Richard, and William Harper , now deceased, and their heirs. This was done with Henry IV ’s licence [CPR 1405–8, p. 315].He died on 1 February last. Margaret and Anne are his daughters and next heirs, aged 13 years and more and 10 years and more, respectively.

The king’s licence for this was not obtained, but afterwards Henry V pardoned the transgression by letters patent dated on 12 December 1420, shown to the jurors [CPR 1416–22, p. 310].Date of death and heirs as 463.
