She held the following in demesne as of fee.
Strickland Ketel, 1/2 acre land, annual value 4d., held of John Robynson by knight service.
She held the following in dower from the inheritance of Thomas Par, knight , son and heir of John, aged 28 years and more, reversion to Thomas.
Kendal, a third of 1/4 manor, held of the king as 1/4 knight’s fee. There are 18 messuages, each worth 6s. 8d. yearly; 200 a. land, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 28 a. meadow, each acre worth 10d. yearly; and 1,000 a. moor, each acre worth 1/2d. yearly.

She died on 3 February last. Walter Deuerous is her next heir, viz., son of Walter Deuerous, knight , son of Agnes, and is aged 24 years and more.
