He held no lands or tenements of the king in chief in demesne or service but, long before his death, he was seised of the following in his demesne as of fee.

Crig Major, 12d. rent; held of the bishop of Exeter , service unknown. Annual value 40s. held of the prior of Tywardreath , service unknown. Annual value 20s. He granted them, among other things, by tripartite indented charter to Thomas Arundell , John Herle , knights, and John Trestthuy , still living, and Thomas Harry, clerk , now deceased, and to the heirs of the body of Thomas Arundell , to furnish 5 chaplains and a clerk yearly and support and fulfil various other burdens specified in the charter, as more fully contained there, with remainder in fee tail to the others named in the charter, according to certain conditions also specified in the charter. The charter was dated at Lanherne on 24 March 1428 and enrolled in Chancery during February 1430 [CClR 1429–35, pp. 35–7]. It was shown to the jurors. Thomas Arundell , John Herle , John Trestthuy , and Thomas Harry were thus seised, viz., Thomas Arundell in his demesne as of fee tail, and the others in their demesne as of free tenement. Thomas Harry died seised of this estate and, after his death, Thomas Arundell , John Herle , and John Trestthuy , were seised of the above manors, messuages, lands, tenements, reversions, rents, and services, and are yet so seised. He was seised of the following in his demesne as of fee long before his death. He granted them, by indented charter, to John Cork of Pathada, still living, and to Thomas Harry, clerk , now deceased, for the life of John Arundell , with remainder to Thomas Arundell, knight , his son, and Elizabeth who was the wife of William Bykbury, esquire , and to the heirs of the body of Thomas. The charter was dated at Treveneage on 17 December 1426 and shown to the jurors. John Cork and Thomas Harry were thus seised in their demesne as of free tenement. John Arundell afterwards died and, after his death, Thomas Arundell and Elizabeth entered the manors in their remainder and were seised, viz., Thomas in his demesne as of fee tail, and Elizabeth in her demesne as of free tenement. The manors, messuages, lands, tenements, rents, and services are described in the charter as his manors of Trembleath, Carminow, Kennall, and Winnianton, and all messuages, lands, tenements, rents, and services of all his tenants in the vills of Mitchell and Rinsey, among other manors, lands, and tenements contained in the same charter.
