He died seised of the following in his demesne as of fee.
Houghton, the manor, and Scaleby, the castle, annual value 10 marks, held of the king in chief by homage and fealty, and rendering 11s. 11 1/2d. cornage yearly on the feast of the Assumption to the king at the Carlisle exchequer.
Kirklinton, 1/3 manor, held of the king in chief by homage and fealty. It is of no annual value, as wholly destroyed by the king’s Scottish enemies.
Hetherford, 6 messuages, held of the king in chief by homage and fealty. It is of no annual value, reason as above.
Low Ireby, the manor, annual value 20 marks, held of Henry, earl of Northumberland , by homage and fealty.
Newbiggin Fell, 6 messuages, annual value 20s., held of Henry Wherton , service unknown.
Solport, the manor, held of Joan, countess of Westmorland , service unknown. It is of no annual value, reason as above.
Carlisle, 4 messuages in the city, annual value 10s., but of whom they are held, and by what service, is unknown; 8s. rent from a tenement of John Warde, senior , payable at Pentecost and Martinmas equally; and 6s. 8d. rent from a tenement of John Knoblowe, chaplain , payable at Pentecost and Martinmas equally.
‘Neulathes’, a messuage by ‘Neulathes’, called ‘Soureby’, and a close, called ‘Caldekelde’, annual value 3s. 4d., but of whom they are held, and by what service, is unknown.
Carlisle, 60 a. land by the city, called ‘Lutylandes’, annual value 40s., but of whom they are held and by what service is unknown.
He died on 2 January 1435. Robert Tillioll is his son and next heir, and aged 30 years and more. Robert is an idiot and non compos mentis. He fell into this sickness on 29 September 1414 and his idiocy has been continuous since then.

Rickerby, the manor, annual value 20 marks, held of Marmaduke, bishop of Carlisle , of his manor of Linstock, by homage and fealty.
Hayton and Torpenhow, the manors, with a close called ‘Torpenhoweparke’ in Allerdale, annual value 40 marks, held of Henry, earl of Northumberland , of his manor of Papcastle, by homage and fealty.
Rotheland and le Blamyre, the manors, but of whom they are held is unknown. They are of no annual value, as wholly destroyed by the king’s Scottish enemies.
George Warrewyk , William Louther of Rose, and John Knoblowe, chaplain , have occupied the manors and close and taken the issues since Peter’s death. They still occupy them and take the issues, title unknown.

Date of death as 318. Robert Tillioll is his first-born son, and the next heir to all the above manors. He is aged 30 years, and now more, and is an idiot.

[Foot:] they came and appeared in court to traverse on 2 June 1435.
