South Burlingham, 2 parts of the manor, and 21s. 4d. rent taken yearly from various lands and tenements in South Burlingham, North Burlingham, Lingwood, Beighton, Acle, Buckenham, Cantley, Freethorpe, Hassingham, and Moulton St Mary, payable at the feast of St Andrew, Lady Day and Michaelmas equally, held of the king of his honour of Wormegay as 1/4 knight’s fee. In the two parts of the manor, there is a court leet, worth 12d. yearly above the steward’s costs; a sheep-walk (cursum faldag’), worth 2s. yearly; the site of a messuage, lately built-upon, worth 4d. yearly; a close, worth 6d. yearly; a small grove of wood, worth 2s. yearly above enclosure and repair of the ditch; 68 a. arable, each acre worth 3d. yearly; and 8 a. marsh, each acre worth 2d. yearly, with a fishery, worth 4d. yearly.

He died on 20 January 1434. John, son of Hugh, is his next heir, and was aged 20 years and more on 6 January 1434.
