John Wyntereshull , Nicholas Botelere , and William Wyche, clerk , were seised of the manor of Clapham in their demesne as of fee. They granted it to William Weston and Agnes, then his wife, and to the heirs of their bodies. Agnes died seised of this estate.
Clapham, the manor, annual value £8, held of Katherine, queen of England , of the earldom of Hereford, service unknown.

She died on 28 August last. Robert Weston is her son by William. He is their next heir, and aged 22 years and more.
