Owing to the death of Philip Boteler and the minority of Edward, son of Philip, the following came to the hands of ‪Henry V, and is yet in the king’s hand.

Horton, 4 a. wood, worth 12d. yearly, and 60s. rent... [ms creased and galled], held of the baron of Odell , service unknown.
Northampton, a messuage, worth 2d. yearly, and 16s. 10d. rent in the vill, held of John Grey , service unknown.

He died on 30 November 1420 without heir of his body. Philip, son of Philip, is his brother and next heir, and aged 21 years and more.
