By their indented charter dated on 26 October 1418 and shown to the jurors, they granted these, described as all their lands, tenements, rents, services, meadow and pasture in Pury, Badley, Colvyle, Holtemede and East Bere forest, to William Pagham and Agnes his wife, both now deceased, for her life, remainder of this manor of Pury, Badley, Colvyle, Holtemede and East Bere forest to William Pagham and his heirs. William and Agnes were seised and she died seised of this estate.She died on 12 January last. Philip Pagham her son is her next heir, aged 18 years and more.
