He held the following jointly with Margaret his wife, who survives, to them and his heirs, by grant of Elizabeth, lately duchess of Norfolk , to them and his heirs by a fine [levied on the quindene of Trinity 1425] between Norman and Margaret and the duchess [CP 25/1/291/65, no. 42]. The following are held of the king in chief by knight service, amount unknown.
Kemberton, 1/3 manor, worth 2 marks yearly.
Wellington, 1/3 of 1,000 a. wood, worth 20s. yearly.
He died on 1 March last. William Babyngton, knight , is his brother and next heir, aged 50 years and more.
