In the manor there is the site, worth 16d. yearly; 200 a. land of the demesne lands, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 20 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; a watermill, worth nothing yearly because destroyed and waste; a common bake-house, worth 6s. 8d. yearly; £6 5s. 4d. assize rent of free tenants, at Easter and Michaelmas equally; a fair at Lady Day, worth 3s. 4d. yearly; a market every Monday, worth 6s. 8d. yearly; and perquisites of the court, worth nothing yearly above the steward’s fee.
She died on 4 March last. Alice, wife of John Helyon , one of her daughters, and Katherine, wife of Thomas Fynderne , daughter of Margery, her other daughter, and sister of Alice, are her next heirs, aged 42 and 18 years and more respectively.

In the manor there is a hall with ?privies annexed, worth nothing yearly; 2 granges, worth nothing yearly; a cowshed with dovecot, worth nothing yearly; 409 a. land, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 24 a. meadow, each acre worth 2s. yearly; 24 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 120 a. substantial timber, worth nothing yearly because there is no underwood; and 100s. assize rent at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions.
Gestingthorpe, the manor and the advowson of its church, the manor held of the heir of Elizabeth de Burgh by knight service. In the manor there are in the site 2 run-down granges, a dovecot, a cowshed and a stable, worth nothing yearly; 260 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 5 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly; 4 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 20 a. wood, worth nothing yearly because presently there is no underwood which can be felled; and £6 assize rent at Easter and Michaelmas equally.
Ovington, the manor, held of the duke of Norfolk of his holdings as earl marshal by knight service. In the manor there are 2 run-down granges, worth nothing yearly; 280 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 9 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 10 a. wood of which 1 a. can be lopped yearly, worth 40d. when cut; 12s. assize rent at Easter and Michaelmas equally; and perquisites of the court, worth nothing yearly above the fee and expenses of the steward.
Long before her death, described as Joan who was the wife of Robert Swynbourne , daughter and heir of John Buttetorte, knight , and by her charter dated at Belchamp Otton on 4 November 1426, and shown to the jurors, she granted the manor of Belchamp Otton to Richard Waldegraue, knight, senior , Robert Cauendyssh , Geoffrey Brice, clerk , John Coo and Thomas Hardekyn and their heirs and assigns. They were seised and all the manorial tenants attorned to them.
Belchamp Otton. The manor is held of the king in chief of his honour of Boulogne by knight service, annual value 53s. 4d.
