Blankney, the manor, in which there is the site containing 1 a. land, worth nothing yearly after its enclosure costs; within the site 2 granges and a cattle-shed, run-down and ruinous, worth nothing yearly; 3 carucates of the demesne lands, each containing 40 a. and each acre worth 1d. yearly; 23 a. meadow, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 100 a. marsh, worth nothing this year because inundated for the whole year, but the cut and seasonable marsh can be and should be valued at 1d. at farm in normal years, each acre 1d.; a wood called ‘Blankeney Hawe’ containing 40 a., worth nothing yearly because it has no underwood; and £14 19s. rent of free tenants at Michaelmas, Christmas, Easter and the feast of St Botulph in equal portions.
Branston, the manor, in which there is the site containing 2 a. land worth nothing yearly after the site’s enclosure; within the site a hall and 2 chambers, run-down and ruinous, and a grange and 2 stables, old, run-down and ruinous, worth nothing yearly; 2 carucates, each containing 40 a. and each acre worth 1d. yearly; 20 a. meadow, each acre worth 4d. yearly; a wood called ‘Braunceton Wode’ containing 200 a. wood, worth nothing yearly because it has no underwood for felling or sale; 2 mills – a watermill and windmill – run-down and ruinous, worth nothing this year; 100 a. marsh, worth nothing this year because inundated but in other, normal years the cut and seasonable marsh are and can be valued annually, each acre 2d. at farm; and £18 free rents from free tenants at the same four annual terms in equal portions.
Lincoln bailiwick, a messuage, held of the king of his duchy of Lancaster, service unknown, worth nothing.
Scopwick, 1/4 knight’s fee, which the prior of Thurgarton holds (ten’), worth 25s. when it falls.
She died on 20 June last.
